If you'd like to share any of your paranormal experiences with the us, please feel free to post them.  I would love to read them.

My very first experience that I can remember was when I was 22.  I was in my bedroom in my apartment one night, it was Good Friday of 1990.  I was getting ready for bed, when I heard my Grandmother's voice say to me, "Goodbye Sweetie."  Well it startled me because I know that she wasn't in the room.  Well not two minutes after that my phone rang, and it was my dad telling me that my Grandma had just passed.  And it was from that moment on that I was able to hear and see spirits.
My ex-boyfriend passed back in 1991.  His death was really tragic but we weren't together when he passed.  He was in a bad fire at work and he was badly burned over 90% of his body.  Well before he passed he had told my best friend to give me the picture of him and I out of his wallet and told him to tell me that I was the only woman that he'd ever love.  Well after he passed I was dreaming about him, and when I woke up; he was laying in the bed next to me.  Yes it was a white figure and I knew it was him because I could see him as plain as the nose on my face.  I closed my eyes and opened them up again and he was gone.  Just recently I have found out that he is with me from a reading I had done.  I've drempt of him kissing my cheek only to be woken up from him really kissing my cheek.  I could feel the breath on my cheek and the feel of him touching my cheek.  I was freaked out at first, but not really because I know it's him and he's just trying to comfort me through the rough times that I'm going through.
I'll share more with y'all later on, but I'd like to hear some of your experiences as well.

The things you told me the other were fascinating Denise... I don't have anything quite like that happening here but we do have a few things.

That smell..the floral/musky incense smell that burns your nose. Doors that open /close.. voices and music that is very faint...my husband saw a man in our living room that we think may be an older man that used to live here..I have thought I heard my name said but not very loud..I got scratched down my side but I don't remember it happening at all I just felt a burning sensation and there it was..what we call the tail, it runs around the wall about 2 foot off the ground..snoring usually only during the daytime..there are some strange noises at times. Part of our house was part of an old funeral home many years ago..

Wow that's cool Seas.  I can honestly say the past few days I thought I heard a faint conversation going on between a man and a woman next to me when I was sitting in my recliner working on the computer.  It's happening near the bookcase, which is where Zumbo is.  Nobody is home when I hear this and it's when my son is sleeping, so I know it's not him.  That's the newest of the things in my house.  Oh yeah I almost forgot to tell y'all that every once in a while I'll here someone knock on the door just once, and when I get up to go see who it is, there's nobody there.  That's really annoying too.

Well i have lived in two houses, and in the first house i lived in i grew up in and it had a LOT of spirits in that house because we had at least a spirit of a little girl (that i personally think is attached to me), and the spirits of a a older couple which me and my dad think it is a older lady and man. I feel like the older couple where married and they died there, they just protect the house and the people who live there. I felt safe in that house like the couple was watching over me. And we know for a fact that a little girl died in our old house because one of our neighbors told us that. And after a while we moved to a new house, and now in this house i saw about 3 or 4 weeks ago i went out of my room and i swore i saw a hand pull back from the laundry room that is right beside the room across from me. Also i keep hearing things down the hall were my room is when i'm in the kitchen or living room, and just about a week to two weeks ago i heard in the middle of the night around 2 a female voice (it sounded like a little girl) say my name. and i checked the next day and my mom was dead asleep at that time, and me, my mom, and my dad were the only people here.

i guess you could say the spirits love me!

Have you ever tried to get any EVP's in your home? It would be interesting to see what you get if you try to speak to them.

i have been wantting to start a EVP in my new home, but i've been so busy that i havent been able to. but anyway i guess they want to talk because just a couple of days ago me and my mom was sitting in the living room and my dad was sitting in the kicthen/computer room on the computer, and in my house if your in the kitchen you can see the living room, and all of a sudden we hear what i can only decribe as something falling out of the sky or a loud bang. if i remember correctly it even went over the tv, which was turned up very loud. and we looked around outside and noone/nothing was in the street (we are in a loop so we could tell if anyone was there). and we watched the news that night and there was nothing on the news about a plane or something falling out of the sky. ^^ and my dad made a side mark saying, "then maybe it was the spirits." and my mom said, "well they dont have to be THAT loud, we know they are there." also i forgot about something else that happened at my old house until a couple of days ago, one night i was laying in bed trying to sleep, i really couldnt sleep that night, and i looked up at the ceilling and  there was this white orb that was hovering about a foot from the end of my bed, had it been near the floor. and it was on the ceilling and it hovered there for a good 3 or 4 seconds and then it very slowly started coming towards where i was, well when this happened i was very little so i just covered my head with the covers and tried not to look at the ceilling agian for the whole night. and i know it wasnt a car light because it was moving way too slow, also when i watched it go over my fan with was on that night it didnt even phase it. it still whole, it didnt react like regular light does.

I just guess the spirits really do love me, or love to be around me!

I have just recently started seeing things in my home. We have had strange things here before but I had never seen anything till recently. I have been seeing what looks like a womans white long skirt..just the bottom of one though. Like she's going around the corner. My husband has also seen the partial shape of a man. I also saw what I think may have been a shadow person in the road a week or so ago. I have done a couple of EVP sessions but only got some weird noises, and what sounds like the TV playing.

ok i'm back at my house and just like a few mins. ago one of the mirrors fell and thank god the mirror didnt break but the ash tray that we had near it did. and it fell from above the bar that we have, i KNOW they want to talk now. so i just have to get a digital recorder and talk to them. and hopefully get some answers.

I just posted a reply to your question about DVRs under "Stuff for Ghost Hunters".   You have detailed a good amount of activitiy in your posts and I hope you find that useful.  I apologize for the long delays in corrospondance the MPNC members have been busy lately with a couple of investigations and of course the daily responsiblites that we all share.  I appreciate your questions and participation on this site and I will try to make a greater effort to be on here more often.  Good Luck and let us know if we can help.

This site asks for experiences?  Mine started when I was about 5.  First solid one I can remember, my parents had just tucked me in bed and as I turned over I saw a hand come up from behind the bed and grasp the head bed post.  Wasn't ugly, just a woman's hand.  My parents tried to say I just saw my mothers hand but it wasn't.  A few nights later I awoke and saw a woman the bedroom.  Incidentally, we had only recently moved into the house. 

Thoughout my teens, I'd awaken to find clothes from my closet piled in the floor.  I made it a point to stay awake one night and could actually hear them falling out (too dark to see).  That only happened for a few weeks. Creeped me out but didn't really scare me.

As a young adult, someone shoved my bedroom door open and shook my bed but there was no-one there when I opened my eyes.  My mother also admitted at that time that she'd seen a few things in the house.

More recently, I experienced doors opening and closing, voices, knocking and dishes moving in an office I was working in.  I also saw an elderly lady with white poofy hair looking out the door as I arrived to work. 

My most recent is during the investigation (such as it was) from which I posted the photo under the Paranormal Photos thread.
