I ran across this website on Centralia while looking for haunted places in the US. I can't say if this is a haunted town or not..there is nothing I have found on the site that states it.. it was posted on another site. I did find this a fascinating and sad story of a town slowly burning underground due to a mine fire that started over 40 years ago.
